OVERVIEW

This beginner-friendly adventure is a spectacular way to discover Scotland.

We're surrounded by nature and paddle along beautiful canals and lochs on this 5-day trip. With breath-taking scenery, awesome glens and the challenge of Loch Ness - this majestic 60-mile route is our favourite adventure. When the Summer breeze is behind us, we'll set up some basic sails and enjoy the views as we're propelled along by nature - this is a thrill not to be missed! There are opportunities to enjoy wild swims in sparkling waters and in the evenings we wild camp on the shores of lochs.

The Canoe Scotland Expedition is capped off with a huge sense of achievement; knowing you travelled right across - from East to West, in a canoe. Make your Summer one to remember - join us on this solo-friendly adventure and see Scotland at it's finest.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

An Adventure Solos host and canoe leader who will be there to help and guide you throughout the week. This event is beginners friendly - no prior canoe experience is required.
A fun, sociable, solo-friendly group to adventure with!
Adventure Solos' detailed Pre-Adventure Guide.
All canoeing equipment (canoe, paddles, buoyancy aid, canoe trolley, sails and more).
A waterproof barrel each to keep personal gear dry.
Shuttle transport back from Inverness (end) to Banavie (start).
New friends; skills, experiences and a sense of achievement!
If you don't have your own camping equipment, we can provide camping equipment for you (see options to hire or buy).

WHERE IS IT?

We start at Neptune's Staircase, Banavie (near Fort William). We meet in the free car park (postcode PH33 7PL). The event ends in Inverness. We can also offer guests free transport from Inverness (end) to Neptune's Staircase (start) after the event.
